Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using SheetGuard, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

SheetGuard is a Microsoft Excel add-in that provides AI blocking, tab organization, undo history, and filter management features. All processing happens locally on your device. SheetGuard does not transmit your spreadsheet data to external servers.

3. Pricing and Payments

SheetGuard offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. The free tier is available at no cost with no time limit. Pro features are available during a 14-day trial and require a paid subscription afterward. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free tier. Your data is preserved.

5. Limitation of Liability

SheetGuard is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or other damages arising from use of the add-in. Always maintain your own backups.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
